Prior to the event, I will schedule a consultation with you to discuss your specific needs and preferences for the live wedding painting. This will help me tailor my services to your vision and ensure that I capture the most meaningful and special moments of your big day.

On the day of the event, I will arrive at the designated location in advance to set up my materials and equipment. I will work with you and the event planner to determine the best location for the painting to take place, taking into account lighting and visibility for both the artist and the guests.

During the event, I will be painting live, capturing the special moments and details of the ceremony and/or reception as they unfold. I will work with you to determine the specific moments or elements that you would like included in the painting.

The live wedding painting provides a unique and interactive experience for your guests. They will be able to watch the painting come to life before their eyes and may even have the opportunity to interact with the artist.

After the event, the finished painting will be delivered to you in the agreed upon timeframe (e.g. within 2-4 weeks, or immediately following the event). If you have purchased a framing or digital copy add-on, these will also be included with the delivery.
